One of the areas that the ICTs can be used is in business, for example when the enterprises use an antivirus to protect the private data, or a web page with its own domain to provide the corporate information. Other examples can be movility that makes that the employees use some electronical devices. Instant messaging its important for many companies to send and recieve messages quickly.
administrative software is a fundamental part to automate repititive tasks. CRM its use to allow a large amount of informationfor customer needs. maintenance its use to mantain the equipement in the best condition.

My personal opinion is that if you want to apply these types of ICTs then you must have a company and at least the money needed to install it. And if you are going to use it for a business then it can benefit your business improving the quality and accessibility in your business.
